二、项目内容
（一）项目内容
    新建4600平方米主厂房一座；200平方米辅助厂房一座；购置加工中心二台、数控车床四台及其他通用机械加工设备共计30台；另外将对理化试验室进行改造；采用新工艺两项。
（二）市场分析
    近年来，我国乳品业的发展迅速，2003年1月至6月，全国规模以上乳制品工业总产值为191.23亿元，同期相比增长36。82%，销售收入220.31亿元，同比增长39.35%。2002年，我国鲜奶1300余万吨，其中进行无菌包装的有700余万吨。鲜奶产量按年增长率30%计，每年有210万吨鲜奶需要无菌灌装设备。现在国内普遍采用40包/分钟的250毫升包装机，如果采用这样的设备进行灌装，则每年需要新增设备1515台（套）。在国内，用复合纸作为包装材料的液体奶包装系统均为进口，进口一套中小型（每小时处理2吨）的灭菌及无菌包装系统需要200多万美元，而国产该套设备生产成本仅200余万元人民币，因此，开发以复合纸为包装材料的液体奶无菌包装系统，将有着广泛的市场前景。
（三）投资及建设规模
    该项目建设规模为年产液体奶灌装生产线40条。项目总投资6000万元，其中固定资产投资4500万元。项目资本金1500万元由企业解决，其他通过银行贷款解决。
（四）原材料及配套条件
    当地各类工程所需原材料供应充足，水电暖可在当地配套齐全。
（五）经济效益分析
    项目建成后，可形成40条生产包装生产线的生产能力，年产值达到8800万元，可实现利润800万元，税金500万元左右。

2.Content of the Project
(1) Content of the Project
    A workshop of 4,600 m2 will be built; a workshop of 200 m2 will be built for surface dealing, 30 sets of other equipments will be bought, physical and chemical labs will be reformed, 2 new techniques will be adopted.
(2) Analysis of the Market
    In recent years, milk industry has been developed greatly. From January to June of 2003, the total production value of milk industry was 19.123 billion yuan and an increase of 36.82% added compared with the same period of last year. The sales income was 22.031 billion yuan and an increase of 39.35% added compared with the same period of last year. In our country, the annual increasing rate of fresh milk is 30%. There will be 2.1 million tons of fresh milk need to be packed with asepsis tinning equipments every year. Now the packing machine widely used in our country can pack40 bags/minute with a capability of 250 milliliter. By tinning with the machine, a demand of 1,515 sets of equipments will be added one year. Importing a set of middle-sized asepsis packing system with a dealing capability of 2 tons needs more than 2 million USD. Producing a set of the equipment in China is less than 250 thousand USD. So developing an asepsis packing system of complex paper will have a bright foreground.
(3) Scale of Investment and Structuring
    The total investment of the project is 60 million yuan including fixed assets investment 45 million yuan. The scale of the structuring of the project is 40 liquid milk tinning producing lines with an annual output of 2.1 million tons.
(4) Materials and Additional conditions
    The local area can supply all materials. Besides this, the ample water, electricity resources, steam supply and convenient transportation will supply an ample guarantee of success.
(5) Analysis of the Economic Profits
    After the project finished, it can realize an annual output of 40 tinning production lines, an annual production value 88 million yuan, a profit of 8 million yuan and taxes 5 million yuan.
