新建坊子至安丘地方铁路工程
一、项目简介
    安丘市地方铁路位于山东省中部偏东地区，吸引范围为安丘市及周边部分地区，方案北起国铁坊子支线坊子站，南至安丘市刘家庄，线路全长25.09公里。修建该铁路能够加快安丘市自然资源的开发，安丘市具有丰富的农副产品资源和建材资源，尤其是建材资源，品种多、储量大、质量好，矿石资源开发潜力巨大，铁路建成后，会使安丘市有一条十分通畅的资源外运途径，把当地的建材资源运往省外，使当地的资源优势转化为经济优势。铁路的修建将改善安丘市的投资环境，使其与山东其他地区的联系更加紧密，对于振兴安丘经济缩小与东部沿海地区的经济差距有着长远的意义。铁路的修建将大大改善当地的交通条件和投资环境，吸引更多的国内外客商来投资办厂，促进安丘市国民经济的发展。

    项目总投资18162.5万元，其中建设期工程投资总额为17711万元，其他费451.5万元；资金筹措采取灵活方式，外方可采取合资、合作、独资等方式进行项目建设。
三、原材料及配套条件
    当地各类工程所需原材料供应充足，水电暖可在当地配套齐全。
四、经济效益分析
    本项目全部投资财务内部收益率为8.68%，财务净现值5706万元，投资回收期13.21年。

Construction of Railway from Fangzi to Anqiu
1、Summary of the Project
    The local railway from Fangzi to Anqiu will be located at the middle part of Shandong Province. Its attracting bound is Anqiu city and the surroundings. It will be built from Fangzi station on the branch of the State Railway in the north to Liujiazhuang of Anqiu in the south with a length of 25.09 km.Building the local railway can improve the development on natural resources of Anqiu. There are rich kinds of agriculture and structure resources in Anqiu. Especially structure resources have the character of rich kindness, large reserves and good quality. After the railway built, there will be a convenient way to transport the resources outward and transform resource advantages to economic advantage. The building of the railway will improve the investment environment and traffic condition, connect tightly to other parts of Shandong, short the difference to the east costal area, attract more investors to establish factories in Anqiu, and promote the development of Anqiu.

    The total investment of the project is 181.625 million yuan, including engineering investment 177.11 million yuan in the structuring period and other fees 4.515 million yuan. Raising money can use agile ways. The investors can build the project by using the type of joint venture, cooperation or sole investment.
3. Materials and Materials and Additional conditions
    All kinds of materials can be supplied enough in the local area. The ample water, electricity resources, steam supply and convenient transportation will supply an ample guarantee of success.
4. Analysis of the Economic Profits
    The profit rate of the project will be 8.68%, the net financial value of it is 57.06 million yuan. The term of getting back all investment is 13.21 years (including the structuring period).
