    安丘市外贸食品有限责任公司位于安丘市和平西路，法人代表王克学。公司是一处农副产品综合加工企业，始建于1976年9月，主要生产经营冻肉食品、熟肉制品、调理食品、冻面食品、罐头食品、冻水果、果浆、速冻蔬菜、保鲜蔬菜、盐渍菜、脱水制品、花生制品等系列600多个品种；拥有荷兰禽畜宰杀加工流水线,罐头加工流水线,瑞典、丹麦蔬菜流水线,韩国草莓加工流水线,香港、台湾面食加工流水线,花生加工流水线，美国熟制品加工设备、美国种鸡孵化设备、意大利饲料加工设备等先进生产设备200余台套。现有各类技术人员570人，其中中、高级技术管理人员104人, 畜牧师81人，农艺师94人。

二、项目内容
（一） 项目内容
    根据果蔬汁在国际市场需求量不断加大的实际，公司拟依靠当地资源优势开发新产品，扩大生产能力，以产品特色赢得市场。年加工能力1000吨。
（二）市场分析
    随着国内生活水平的逐渐提高和饮食结构的变化及消费者保健意识的增强，方便、快捷、营养、保健食品深受欢迎，特别是果蔬汁越来越受到人们的青睐，市场潜力巨大，具有广阔的发展前景。
（三）投资及建设规模
    总投资3000万人民币，需引资2000万元人民币，其余自筹。其中：基建投资1200万元、设备投资800万元，流动资金1000万元。
（四）原材料供应及配套条件
    安丘市是农业大市，农产品资源丰富，严格按照绿色产品要求，形成产业规模和优质、高产、高效果蔬种植区，能够满足项目的原料需求。项目位于安丘市经济技术开发区内，其水、电、汽分别由自来水公司、电业公司、热电公司配套供给，污水处理由环保部门专门污水处理厂处理后排放，各项配套设施齐全。
（五）经济效益分析
    该项目实施后年销售收入1800万元，利税1100万元，创汇210万美元，投资收益率27%，投资回收期3.4年，具有良好的经济效益。

    Anqiu Foreign Trade Food Co., Ltd is located at the Peace West Road, Anqiu city, Shandong Province. Its legal representative is Wang Kexue.  It was built in Sep, 1976, as a complex company of processing fruits and vegetables. Its main productions are: cold meat, cooked meat, cold fruits and vegetables, dehydrated fruits and vegetables and some other 600 kinds. Besides these, there are 6 advanced producing lines and more than 200 sets of other equipments. 570 employees including 185 professional technicians are working for the company.

    The registered assets of the company are 61 million yuan. Its total assets of the company are 300.39 million yuan, including fixed assets 210 million yuan, current assets 90.39 million yuan. In 2003, its sales income is 620 million yuan; its taxes and profits are 85 million yuan.

    The company is a leading agricultural company supported by the provincial government. It was listed in the top 100 fruits and vegetables processing enterprises of China.
2、Content of the Project
(1) Content of the Project
    This project is to add a processing line with an annual output of 1,000 tons, and to build a new workshop covering an area of 10,000 m2.
(2) Analysis of the Market
    The company has set a widely sales net in Anqiu. With the development of people’s living level, foodstuffs produced by the company will have a bright world market foreground.
(3) Scale of the Investment and Building
    The total investment of the project is about 30 million yuan, including a structure investment 12 million yuan, equipment investment 8 million yuan, and current assets 10 million yuan. We need an investment of 20 million yuan to finish the project.
(4) Materials and Additional conditions
    The local farm can supply all materials. Besides this, the ample water, electricity resources, steam supply and convenient transportation will supply an ample guarantee of success.
(5) Analysis of the Economic Profits
    After producing, its annual sales income will be 18 million yuan, its taxes will be 11 million yuan, and its profit rate is 27%. The term of getting back all investment is in 3.4 years.
