    安丘金田食品有限公司位于山东省安丘市潍安路三里店子村，占地面积23万平方米，下设23个分公司，一个仔猪繁育场，一个现代化屠宰场，遍布各街道的生猪定点屠宰场，年产生猪1.5万头，年屠宰生猪20万头。公司的主要产品是：“兴田”牌白条肉、出口分割肉、大排、肋排、猪副产品、各类灌肠、中西式火腿等共80多种；熟制品加工等生产品种50多个，年加工能力500吨。公司现有员工500人，其中专业技术人员占40%以上。

二、项目内容
（一）项目内容
    新建仔猪繁育场1万平方米，饲料加工厂1000平方米，添置生猪屠宰生产线及分割线各一条，冷库等配套设施1万平方米。
（二）市场分析该公司在安丘建立了广泛的销售网络。每年本市销售25-30万头加工产品；往京津地区、上海地区调拨5万头左右加工产品。下一步取得自营进出口权后，市场空间将进一步扩大。
（三）投资及建设规模
    该项目新征地26750平方米，总投资概算为7600万元。
（四）原材料及配套条件
    安丘市生猪存养量41万头，年出栏67.02万头，能满足目前规模的屠宰要求。当地水、电、汽供应充足，交通便利，环保设施完善。
（五）经济效益分析
    项目达产后，年产白条肉6万吨，年销售收入8.6亿元，利税5600万元，净利润1600万元，投资收益率为21%，投资回收期5年。

(1) Summary of the CompanyAnqiu Golden Land Food Co., Ltd, located at the village named Sanlidianzi, Anqiu city, Shandong Province, covers an area of 230,000 m2. There are 23 branches, a piggy feeding farm, a modern killing factory, some pointed killing factories all over the city. In the company, 200,000 pigs are killed every year. The main products are white band meat branded “Xingtian”, export meat, chops, ribs, clysters, hams, and some other 80 products in all. Besides these, there are more than 50 kinds of processed products with an annual output of 500 tons. 500 employees including 40% professional technicians are working in the company.

2、Content of the Project 
(1) Content of the Project
    This project need to add a pig killing line and a dividing line, and to build a new piggy feeding farm covering an area of 10,000 m2, a feed processing factory covering an area of 1,000 m2, cooling store and some other additional equipments covering an area of 10,000 m2.
(2) Analysis of the Market
    The company has set a widely sales net in Anqiu. Its annual sales number is about 300,000 heads. Besides, 50,000 pigs are transported to Beijing and Shanghai. After getting the right of import and export, the market will be enlarged.
(3) Scale of the Investment and Building
    The profits need to cover an area of 26,750 m2, its total investment of the project is about 76 million yuan.
(4) Materials and Additional conditions
    The annual feeding number of pigs in Anqiu is about 410,000 heads; the annual output is about 670,200 heads. It can satisfy the need of killing and deep processing. Besides this, the ample water, electricity resources, steam supply and convenient transportation will supply an ample guarantee of success.
(5) Analysis of the Economic Profits
    After producing, its annual output will be 60,000 tons of white band meat, its annual sales income will be 860 million yuan, its taxes will be 16 million yuan, and its profit rate is 21%. The term of getting back all the investment is in 5 years.
