二、项目内容
（一）项目内容
    节能型空-空冷却器是一种新型冷却器，主要用于重型卡车及大客车使用，其节能率高达50%。该公司在安丘市经济技术开发区已征地103亩，计划新增建筑面积18000m2，购买成套设备，建成一条年产15万台的节能型空-空冷却器生产线。
（二）市场分析
    据统计，目前重型卡车及大客车需中冷器45万台，工程机械4万台，并有很大一部分进入维修期，目前国内节能型空-空冷却器年需求量将达到50万台，市场前景广阔。
（三）投资及建设规模
    项目总投资1000万美元，投资比例可双方协商。其中基建投资500万美元，设备投资200万美元，流动资金300万美元。
（四）原材料及配套条件
    原材料、水、电、燃料均可满足供应，生活、办公设施配套齐全。交通条件便利，产品达到环保标准。
（五）经济效益分析
    项目投产后，预计可实现年销售收入12000万元，利税2760万元，投资收益率可达到21%，投资回收期5年。

2、Content of the Project
(1) Content of the Project
    Energy-saving cooling machine is a new type of cooling machine. It is mainly used in trucks and large buses. The energy-saving rate of the machine can reach 50%. In this project, the company will build a new workshop covering an area of 1,800 square meters, buy some sets of equipments, and establish a new producing line with an annual output of 150,000 sets of energy-saving cooling machines.
(2) Analysis of the Market
    According to the statistics, now the demand of trucks and large buses is about 450,000 sets, the need of engineering machines is about 40,000 sets, and some of them need repairing. The demand of cooling machine is 500,000 sets or so in our country now. The foreground is very bright.
(3) Scale of the Investment and Building
    The total investment of the project is 10 million dollars, including basic construction investment 5 million dollars, equipment investment 2 million dollars and current assets 3 million dollars. The rate of investment can be decided after a two parties discussion.
(4) Materials and Additional conditions
    There are enough materials, water, electricity, and fuel to supply for the need. Additional equipments for living and doing business are perfect. The transportation is very convenient. The product is good enough to arrive the environment protection standard.
(5) Analysis of the Economic Profits
    After the project finished, the annual sales income will be 120 million yuan, the net profits and taxes will be 27.6 million yuan, and the profit rate will be 21%. All investment will be got back in 5 years.
