    安丘汶瑞机械制造有限公司位于山东省安丘市潍徐南路232号，是“山东省高新技术企业”、国家环保总局造纸污水处理技术的依托单位。主要生产造纸污水处理碱回收、白水回收、中段水处理成套设备，烟尘粉尘除尘设备等共计25个系列，300多个品种。现有员工748人，其中技术人员268人。

二、项目内容
（一）项目内容
    项目需新建厂区，新建生产能力为1万吨的制浆车间、办公楼、仓库、化验室、配电室等其他辅助设施。
（二）市场分析
    我国长纤维纸浆严重不足，限制了我国生产高档次、高强度纸板及特种纸张的能力，每年进口380万吨，耗费了大量的外汇。棉花秆、桑枝、麻类、高粱秸秆、玉米秸秆、油棕榈壳及沙柳等都是优质低成本长纤维原料，国内可用于造纸的上述原料达2亿吨，采用APSP制浆清洁生产技术，根据原料特点制成长、短纤维纸浆及混合浆。满足我国造纸工业的需要，因此市场潜力很大。 
（三）投资及建设规模
    项目总投资为1亿元，其中基建投资5000万元，设备投资2000万元，流动资金3000万元。
（四）原材料及配套条件
    本项目所需原料主要是棉花秆、桑枝、麻类、高粱秸秆、玉米秸秆等农业剩余物，资源非常丰富。水、电、汽供应充足和便利的交通条件能保证本项目顺利进行。
（五）经济效益分析
    项目实施后，年产1万吨长纤维纸浆，预计可实现年销售收入1.45亿元，上缴税金1160万元，净利润3000万元，投资收益率30%，投资回收期3.5年。

(1) Summary of the Company
    Anqiu Wenrui Machine Producing Co., Ltd is located at 232#, Weixu South Road, Anqiu City, Shandong Province. It is a high and new technical enterprise of Shandong Province, a company supported by the state to produce machines dealing with wasted water from papermaking. The main products are equipments dealing with wasted water produced from papermaking and dusts and so on. These products include 25 series, more than 300 kinds. There are 748 employees including 268 technicians in the company.

    The total asset of the company is 199.36 million yuan. In 2003, its sales income is 120.09 million yuan, its taxes and profits are 30.77 million yuan.

    Main products of the company occupy more than 90% of the market in this field. The technique of APSP used to produce pulp, separators and pulp making machines reach the international leading level. The technique of APSP has some advantages such as saving water, low cost to operate, at a pulp getting rate of more than 85%, low pollution and so on.
2.Content of the Project
(1) Content of the Project
    This project needs to establish a new factory, a pulp-making workshop with an annual output of 10,000 tons, some offices, stores, chemical labs, and some other additional equipment.   
(2) Analysis of the Market
    The shortage of long fiber pulps limits the output of our country on producing top grade paper, high strength boards and special paper. We have to import 3.8 million tons of these every year. We have a lot of materials with low costs in our country. By using the technique of APSP, we can produce enough pulps to satisfy the demand of papermaking of our country.
(3) Scale of the Investment and Building
    The total investment of the project is 100 million yuan, including basic construction investment 80 million yuan, equipment investment 20 million yuan and current assets 30 million yuan.
(4) Materials and Additional conditions
    The main materials of the project are cotton straw, mulberry branch, hemp, corn straw, broomcorn straw and so on. There is enough to supply for the demand. Besides this, the ample water, electricity, steam supply and convenient transportation will supply an ample guarantee of success.
(5) Analysis of the Economic Profits
    After the project finished, it can realize an annual output of 10,000 tons of pulp, an annual sales income of 145 million yuan, taxes 11.6 million yuan, net profits 30 million yuan. The profit rate of the investment will be 30%. All investment will be got back in 3.5 years.
