    山东景芝酒业股份有限公司将按照国家863计划要求建设5000吨燃料乙醇示范项目（国家拨给科研经费300万元）。
（二）市场分析
    该项目是一种新型能源制备项目，是目前国家支持的开发行业。估计2005年燃料乙醇需求量为600万吨，以后逐年增加，市场前景看好。用甜高粱茎秆生产燃料乙醇，每亩甜高粱茎秆汁液可转化为300公斤酒精，可获得较好的环节效益和社会效益。
（三）投资及建设规模
    该项目总投资：7538万元，其中用于基建投资3000万元，设备投资2000万元，流动资金2538万元。
（四）原材料及配套条件
    该项目主要原料为甜高粱茎秆，在当地种植保证供应。另外，当地水、电、汽供应充足，交通便利，环保设施完善。

2、Content of the Project
(1) Content of the Project
    Shandong Jingzhi Liquor Stock Co., Ltd will build the project of annual production of 5000 tons of fuel ethanol according to the State’s 863 Plan (the state will distribute 3 million yuan to the company as scientific outlay).
(2) Analysis of the Market
    This project, as a new energy-producing project, is a developing project supported by the state. As reported, our state will need 6 million tons of fuel ethanol in 2005, and it will increase year by year. So the project has a bright foreground. Producing fuel ethanol from sweet sorghum’s stalk, we can get 300 kg ethanol from juices made from a mu sweet sorghum’s stalk, and get a very good environmental and social profit.
(3) Scale of the Investment and Building
    The total investment of the project is 75.38 million yuan including 30 million yuan for basic building, 20 million yuan for equipment and 25.38 million yuan for current assets.
(4) Materials and Additional conditions
    The main material is stalk of sweet sorghum. The local farms will supply it amply. Besides this, the ample water, electricity, steam supply and convenient transportation will supply an ample guarantee of success.
(5) Analysis of the Economic Profits
    Its profit rate will be 14.69%; the terms of getting back the investment is 6.9 years.
