    山东奥宝化工集团有限公司是由原山东安丘化工总厂和安丘市化肥厂于1998年12月合并组建的中一型公司制企业。公司位于安丘市北郊，占地面积40万平方米，拥有员工2180人。企业总资产2.6亿元，固定资产1.5亿元，银行授信企业。主要产品年生产能力为：30万吨硫酸钾复合肥，10万吨系列专用复合肥，15万吨硫酸，6万吨合成氨，1000吨钒系列催化剂， 9万吨盐酸。公司于2001年通过ISO9001国际质量体系认证，潍坊市十三家信誉评价“AAA”企业之一，拥有自营进出口权，是国家重点支持发展的复合肥生产企业。

二、项目内容
（一）项目内容
    项目装机24MW，年发电2亿度。项目新增主要设备100台（套），建筑面积10000平方米。 
（二）市场分析
    公司合成氨生产过程产生大量的煤沫、煤渣，未进行综合利用，造成资源浪费和效益损失，另外，公司硫酸生产过程产生的废热用于低压蒸汽生产，未能发挥最大效能，拟对其综合利用，生产过热蒸汽发电。公司是化肥企业，为用电大户，年用电约1.2亿度，自己能完全利用。
（三）投资及建设规模
    该项目总投资2亿元人民币。基建投资4500万元，设备投资9000万元，流动资金6500万元。投资比例双方协商解决。装机24MW，年发电2亿度。
（四）原材料供应及配套条件
    项目原材料供应充足，水、电、汽配套设施齐全，能满足项目建设需要。
（五）经济效益分析
    项目投产后，预计可实现销售收入8580万元，利税6006万元，投资收益率31.9%，投资回收期3年。

(1) Summary of the Company
    Shandong Ao’bao Chemical Group Co, LTD, located at the north suburb of Shibei District, Anqiu city, covers an area of 400 thousand m2, owning 2180 employees. Its legal representative is Liu Zongman. As a phosphor fertilizer company supported by the state, its main products are vitriol including kalium compound fertilizer with an output of 300 thousand tons, special compound fertilizer with an output of 100 thousand tons. The company passed the ISO9001 standard system in 2001.

2、Content of the Project
(1) Content of the Project
    The project contains 100 sets of equipments with an annual electricity output of 200 MW, and to build a new workshop covering an area of 10,000 m2.
(2) Analysis of the Market
    The company is a large customer with an annual demand of 120 MW on electricity. The company itself can consume the annual output totally.
(3) Scale of the Investment and Building
    The total investment of the project is about 200 million yuan, including a structure investment 45 million, equipment investment 90 million, and current assets 65 million. The investment rate can be resolved by a negotiation between the 2 parties.
(4) Materials and Additional conditions
    The factory can supply all the materials. Besides, the ample water, electricity resources, steam supply and convenient transportation will supply an ample guarantee of success.
(5) Analysis of the Economic Profits
    Put into production, its annual sales income will be 85.8 million yuan, its taxes and profits will be 60.06 million yuan, its investment profit rate is 31.9%. Its term of getting back the investment is in 3.1 years.
