Anqiu Economy Development Zone，36 square kilometers, located 20 kilometers south of Weifang, is the first province level development zone, approved by the provincial government. It is 20 kilometers south to Weifang, the kite capital of the world, borders the 10-square-kilometer zoological tourism zone with Qingyun Mountain, Qingyun Lake as the main parts. The environment is elegant, the climate is pleasant, the land is flat and the transportation is convenient. National highway No. 206 and highway Yanggan cross the city proper. Inside the zone, hospital, school and office buildings are perfect. Inside the project zone, seven- -connections–and-one-flat facilities and six-six roads are available, connecting the highways. Three electricity transfer stations of 110 KV are erected, making the electricity amount reaching 6 KVA. The capacity of program-controlled phones is 5000, the daily tap water provision capacity is 80 thousand tons and the daily production water provision is 100 thousand tons. A new heat factory with 800 thousand tons of annual heat provision is built. Infrastructure such as internet, cable TV, natural gas and sewage pipes are available. Inside the zone, the sub zone such as private zone, electricity zone, foodstuffs zone, construction zone, electronic zone, Wenzhou zone, citric acid zone and South Korea zone are designed and constructed. The development zone, with the machinery electron, biology pharmaceutical, food processing, textile, exact machine, industrial long filament and compound materials as the main direction，shall become a modern zoological industrial zone, inside which the functions are matching, the industries are connected, and the feature is obvious.
